§1 THE MOTION

Everything you type is a motion. It is dispatched to all four seats simultaneously and live — four parallel streams from four different labs, racing down the same page. No seat waits for another. No seat sees another's answer.

§2 THE MEMORY POLICY

Seats do not read each other's transcripts. Each seat remembers your motions, its own prior arguments, and the chair's rulings — the official record. That keeps five models coherent across a long session without feeding every word to everyone, and it makes the ruling the only version of events the room agrees on.

The record carries the last 10 motions. Older business falls off the minutes.

§3 THE RULING

When the floor settles, the full round — motion plus all four positions — goes to the chair. The chair names the agreements, names the splits, cites seats by name, and ends with a single RULING: line. If the floor is split or under-argued, the motion is tabled with exactly what would settle it. The gavel is final until you bring the next motion.

§4 THE MACHINERY

Five models, one wire: every seat is a live streaming call routed through OpenRouter — OpenAI, xAI, DeepSeek and Anthropic on the floor, Google in the chair. Sessions are kept on the record per device; strike one from the sidebar and it is gone.

If a seat drops mid-answer, recall it from its card — the floor re-convenes for that seat alone and the chair re-rules.

§5 THE GALLERY & THE RECORD

Anyone may convene a session. Only the member who convened it may address the floor — but every session is public, and the gallery watches it live, token by token, as the seats argue. Sessions in progress carry a green light in the sidebar.

Sessions convened by the operator carry the gavel: they are OFFICIAL, their rulings bind the operation, and each standing ruling is pinned at the top of the record as a DECISION. Everything else is floor talk — argued with full force, binding on no one.
